Stall make over

Last Thursday I took a super fast trip into Darwin, and when I say super fast I mean not even there for 24hours phewww! Anywho I flew in to catch up with the darling Lizzie and give my stall a bit of a revamp! I'm so happy that I managed to source everything I needed and turn it from drab to Fabulousss :) I wish I could have gotten a few pics once the sun had gone down and the fairy lights came on!

Daphne frill top :)

As per requested the Daphne frill top now comes in a longer version plus cute as a button cap sleeves 💜 these pretty ladies plus a few more will be at this weeks markets.

Family Fun

With the recent markets i've be sewing like a mad woman which mean i haven't had much time for our special family weekend adventures, so this weekend i switched off my machine and spent so quality time with my beautiful boys.

On Saturday we went for a little drive out to Umbakumba to take the boys for a fish of the boat ramp.
We caught a heap of bait chased some crabs and the boys even snagged a few queens, so much fun. :)

Then today we popped into town to grab a few things, then went for a little stroll along the beach. The weather has been unbelievable at the moment, morning are a nice cold 15 degrees ;) then the days are perfect.

Today i'm wearing a variation of the Daphne frill top; this one has a longer frill making it more of a peplum teamed with super cute gathered cap sleeves, she was super comfy to wear :) so there will be more of these suites to come :)

Ford's surprise 18th Birthday...

A few months ago i organised with my mum, two brothers, Travis, Jakob and my sister Pipi that we would all fly to Tamworth NSW, to surprise our youngest brother Ford for his 18th birthday… After a bit of organising we managed to get Pip to fly up from Melbourne with my niece and nephew, Jakob and his girl friend Taylor to drive up from Coonamble and Travis and I to meet in Brisbane, hire a car and head to Tamworth.

I meet Trav early tuesday morning in Brisbane, organised the car and in true form headed straight to the beach ;) I've heard so many wonderful things about the Gold Coast and it did not disappoint! clear aqua water, gorgeous white sand and no morning crowds :)

Trav then dragged me back to the car and headed off down the coast towards Tamworth, we made great time even after stopping at the Macadamia Castle just out of Byron Bay mmm mmmmmm…

We spent all Wednesday planning Fords huge surprise. Boxes from Bunnings, which took ages as we had to find some big enough for people to fit in (gosh we must have looked so funny hopping in and out of boxes at the front of Bunnings hehe!) along with cake and party supplies.

Once we were happy with our plan we waited until we could see him get off the school bus then waited and waited inside our boxes for him to come through the door… you can see the full surprise video here soooo sooo funny hehe
